Freedom-PMMA Scleral Fixation IOL

* From a corneal incision or during an “open sky” approach as seen with a penetrating keratoplasty (PKP), the two suture loops are externalized and secured with a hitch to each haptic.
* The IOL is drawn into the eye and positioned posterior to the iris, and the sutures are tied onto the sclera.
